Samples:
We suggest ordering a sample invitation of your Watercolor Art choice. Samples sets are
just $5.00 plus $5.00 shipping (
wedding invitation and reply card)
If you need a custom sample, the cost will be $25.00 for each item customized
for you.

Orders:
Effective June 1, 2007:
due to our volume of orders, we can only take orders of $300.00 and over.

We will contact you regarding your order or inquiries as soon as possible.
Payment in full will be required to start your order process.
If you need to cancel your order while the design process has
started there will be $50.00 cancellation fee.
Custom
Watercolors Orders:
I will gladly custom watercolor a desired picture of your special place or
object for your invitation or announcement.
The cost of a custom watercolor is $150.00 each watercolor painting and will be
property of Designs by Lenila thereafter.
You will receive a matted reproduced print with an original signature at no
charge.
If you are looking for a particular design theme, please contact me as I may be
painting it in the near future!

Proofs:
We would like to receive your text and any verbiage you would like to
use via e-mail.
lenila@designsbylenila.com.
We just convert your document to the requested font style and color. This
process is faster and more accurate.
You will receive a proof
of your custom invitation set via e-mail or fax for approval
before your order is printed. You get unlimited proofs.
Your order will be printed and shipped as proofed and Designs by Lenila
cannot be
held responsible for typos, errors or omissions therein, so please
review your proofs carefully!
If you happen to miss a typo after you have approved your proofs, we
will gladly create you
a replacement set of invitations at your cost.
Production
Time:
After you have approved your final proof via e-mail or phone,
depending on the size of your order,
please give us about 3 weeks to have your invitations
printed and individually hand created.
We have a booked production calendar and your invitations are hand made
on a first come first served basis, so a waiting list is always formed.
All other orders may take up to three weeks to ship due to the customization of
the products.
Blank cards will usually get shipped out within the week. We will notify
you if there is a backorder on any products you order.
Please plan ahead!
Rush jobs:
If you need your invitations within three weeks, we will charge you an
expediting charge of $60.00. Please remember your entire order is hand made!
The Printing Process:
We use a digital printer for all our invitation sets.
All cardstock used is either brilliant white 90# and 100# cover.
All envelopes used are a 70# white wove.
Our
envelopes:
We offer traditional two envelope ensemble, white inner and outer
envelope or white single envelopes.
The 70# 6x6 white lined inner envelope come in the following colors:
unlined, pearl, frosty plum, navy blue, silver.
For the ultimate in unique invitations,
we will be creating hand lined handmade paper inner lined envelopes to coordinate with
the textured paper you
have chosen for your invitations~ please call us for details.
We print your envelopes to match your invites as best as we can,
however, due to different paper materials,
we cannot guarantee exact color match. You may have them printed by your
local printer if you desire.

or
United States Postal Service( if you don't mind your package left at
your door step)

shipping and handling charges.
Please check with your local Customs
Headquarters
for extra duty and custom charges as you are responsible for these
charges. Samples are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail. NOTE: Ground shipping to cities in the eastern U.S. may take about 5 business days.
These rates reflect delivery to the contiguous United Sates
and do not necessarily represent FedEx or US Postal Service published rates and will include handling charges by Designs By Lenila.
After our creations leave our studio, Designs by Lenila is not
responsible for
lost, damaged, broken, soiled, returned goods.

Payments:
We offer payment via PayPal, an easy and
safe way to make e-check, Visa, MasterCard payments
without directly giving your information to merchants.
If you do not have a PayPal account, simply log on to
www.paypal.com to set up an account.
We also take Visa and MasterCard credit cards, personal or cashier's check and money orders for your
convenience.
After your funds have been received and cleared, we will send you a
proof of your custom invitations and creations.
~Minimum orders are 25 of one design and in increments of 5 after.
If you need 37, please order 40.
If you need less than 25 invitations, we will charge you $20.00 to make
up for printing charges.
Orders/Pricing
Policy:

When we receive an order via email or phone, we reserve the right to
accept the order or, without prior notification,
to limit the order quantity on any item and/ or refuse to service any
customer.
Prior to the acceptance of any order,
verification of customer information may be required.
Designs by Lenila reserves the right to to change prices and
availability without prior notice.
Using
Natural materials:
The handmade paper we use is from around the world and has an
inherent property of having varying
differences in coloration, detail, fibers, texture qualities. Due
to the importing of these materials, sometimes
certain papers will be discontinued. In these cases, our clients are
notified and
the chosen discontinued paper will be replaced with one with similar
qualities.
Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of
the invitations and creations by Designs by Lenila, there are no refunds
and
custom products are non-returnable.
